This sixth Tennessee CDL Tank Vehicles practice test continues your tanker safety review with emphasis on high center of gravity, smooth starts, smooth stops, baffles, unbaffled tanks, outage, weight and volume, leak prevention, side-to-side movement, curves, ramps, following distance, traffic planning, compartment tanks, safe recovery, pre-trip inspection, emergency avoidance, low-speed control, cargo temperature, and professional judgment. It consists of 20 questions, with 5 questions per page, and you must answer at least 16 correctly to pass with a score of 80%. Use this practice test to reinforce inspection, secure containment, legal loading, smooth control, extra space, and surge awareness in loaded, partly loaded, and empty tank vehicles. Depending on your license class and endorsements, Tennessee may also require tests for General Knowledge, Combination Vehicles, Air Brakes, Passenger, School Bus, Hazardous Materials, and Doubles/Triples.
